Refund policy

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns on unused, unaltered leashes and bags within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition (no signs of use, chewing, wear, or alterations).

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@edamamepet.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
